I stayed for four nights and found the location good for college visits and shopping. The rooms offered comfort and cleanliness. I experienced issues with the service, especially when I requested towels, as I had to go downstairs to get them myself, which was inconvenient after a long day.

So I ended up here for work and what a relief! Trina at the front desk was amazing, super chill and welcoming. My room was spacious with a wet bar and fridge which I totally loved. The indoor pool was a nice touch too. Just wish the breakfast was better. only two hours to grab it? Kinda lame.

We had a lovely stay at Hyatt Place Chicago, Lombard/Oak Brook. The room was spacious with a cozy corner that was perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast selection was decent and kept us energized for our family outings.
